That’s why I prefer working through personalized plans rather than single sessions. We don’t need countless meetings, but I always recommend a minimum of three sessions. This allows us to dive deep, build a solid foundation, and give you something truly valuable and actionable in your hands.

​First of all, we’ll have a FREE 30-minute call together to get to know each other.
I’ll explain everything about the documents you’ll need to fill out, and together we’ll create a personalized plan for your journey.
This is your space to ask questions, share your goals, and see if we’re a good fit.

Step 1: I’ll collect detailed information about your lifestyle, needs, symptoms, and a food journal to understand where you're starting from.

 

Step 2: We begin with foundational shifts—changing what might be creating imbalance or issues, and if needed, I’ll suggest personalized supplement protocols.


Step 3: We’ll gradually refine your habits, nourish your body with targeted strategies, and upgrade your food choices for nutrient density and long-term wellness.


Ongoing Support: You'll receive weekly check-ins, gentle accountability, and support so you never feel alone in the process.

This approach gives you the space to learn, integrate, and actually feel the benefits—at your own pace, with the support you deserve.

After that, you'll be able to purchase your first full session, and we’ll agree together on the best time for the remaining sessions in your plan.
